Retirement Plan
Wood Group PSN has established a 401k Retirement Savings Plan to help employees build the savings they need to make their retirement more comfortable and financially secure. The plan's key features include before-tax contributions, company matching contributions, a wide variety of investment options and easy access to account information. Unless otherwise allowed for under the plan, regular full-time employees become eligible to participate in the plan on the first entry date (calendar quarter) following completion of three months of service. Any questions regarding the 401k Plan may be directed to HR.
Healthcare Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
Through a healthcare Flexible Spending Account you can pay for eligible health care expenses with pre-tax dollars. If you participate in this program you save Federal Income Tax (FIT), Social Security (FICA) and, usually, state taxes, where applicable, on the dollars deposited into this account.
Dependent Care Reimbursement Account
This account may be used to pay expenses you incur for you and your eligible dependents, not reimbursed by a policy of accident and health insurance. Eligible expenses for your dependents may be reimbursed through the account even if your dependents are not enrolled in Wood Group's plan. You can contribute up to $5.000 annually; however, if you are married the IRS places additional limits on your contribution.
